All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may require additional processing time.

For selected high-value orders exceeding AED 500, a partial advance payment may be required before order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates through email, SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp, depending on the information provided during checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Gulf Finds is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason, Gulf Finds reserves the right to limit or refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to shipping or our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos or videos for verification.

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
